The Buick LPGA Shanghai moves to Sheshan Golf Club in 2026. The new venue brings a tree-lined championship test with elevated greens, water hazards, strategic bunkering, and a demanding quarry-side closing stretch.
The final round is complete at Sheshan Golf Club: China's Ruoning Yin rallied from two shots back with a 4-under 68 to win at 11-under 277, one stroke ahead of Hye-Jin Choi.
CaddyBytes 🏆 Final Round Recap: Yin began Sunday two strokes behind Choi and closed with five birdies against one bogey. Four of those birdies came on the back nine, including a four-footer at the par-4 16th that broke a tie for the lead and another birdie at the 17th that gave her a two-shot cushion. A closing par secured the one-stroke victory in front of the home crowd.
Hye-Jin Choi held the lead after each of the first three rounds, but consecutive bogeys at Nos. 7 and 8 opened the door. She steadied herself to post a 1-under 71 and finish alone in second at 10 under, one shot behind Yin.
Amy Yang finished third at 8 under after an even-par 72. Rio Takeda closed with a 69 to take fourth at 7 under, Carlota Ciganda placed fifth at 6 under, and A Lim Kim and Alison Lee shared sixth at 5 under.
The victory is Yin's seventh career LPGA Tour title, her second win of the 2026 season and her second Buick LPGA Shanghai championship after also winning in 2024. She earned the $480,000 winner's share from the $3.2 million purse.
